We work with clients in sport to create and deliver impactful learning and education programs. We bring diverse voices together to co-create new ways of thinking about sport. Rooted in culture and guided by curiosity, our programs help people everywhere learn, lead, and level the field.
What we do
Using a purpose-oriented approach, we work with clients and other relevant stakeholders to identify and understand their learning and educational needs. Together, we then design and deliver programmes that address these needs, working in conjunction with a global network of providers including universities, colleges and other organisations.

Work with sport governing bodies, competitions and other related entities to create impactful learning and educational programmes for long-term legacy.

Work with other stakeholders in sport to create learning and educational programmes that add value to the sport industry ecosystem.

Work with universities, colleges, and other providers to ensure that our clients’ needs are served in the most appropriate, professional and sustainable way.

Work in organisations and with groups that are often underrepresented in sport.
Clients
Our clients have included governments, sport governing bodies, sponsors, teams and clubs, events and venues, cities and places, and other entities that seek to create educational and learning programmes.

We have previously helped organisations including FIFA, Olympic and Paralympic Organising Committees, Commonwealth and Asian Games Organising Committees, UEFA, European Football Clubs, Asian Football Confederation, International Cricket Council, World Karate Federation, the United Nations, and the Chinese Football Association
Expertise
PROFESSOR
SIMON CHADWICK
Professor and doctor in sport, with a background in marketing, business, policy and strategy. Chadwick qualified as a teacher at University College London, for the last decade ranked as the world’s best teacher training institution. In addition to directing and managing programmes with several of the world’s best universities, he has also either worked for or consulted with the likes of FIFA, Formula E, Mastercard, as well as several sports teams and mega events. Simon is passionate about helping people to learn and understand the complexities and realities of sport in the 21st century.
KATRINA
DE JERSEY
A global communications leader with a background in journalism, crisis communications, marketing, strategy, and government. She has lived and worked across every continent on some of the world’s most high-profile and complex campaigns, including Olympic Bids and Games, FIFA World Cups, Commonwealth and Rugby World Cups, Women’s Cricket World Cup, UN Climate Conferences, and Asian Games. A senior advisor in government and sport diplomacy, Katrina is passionate about increasing participation among women and girls and empowering them to share their stories and shape their futures through sport.
